This is a series of four 3-string slide guitars. Each is 30 inches long with a 24 inch scale. The sound box is made from a Leon Jimenez cigar box. The neck, bridge, and interior bracing are all made of maple. Contrasting inlays of wood filler mark the fret positions along the top edge of the neck. These sound nice and twangy so I decided to forego adding any electrification

Hi. I'd love to know where you get the three string tailpieces you use on guitars like the Leon Jimenez. Are they purpose made or are they adapted from some other use?

I find those tailpieces at the hardware store in the picture and mirror hanging section. They are slightly modified, but nothing drastic that you can't figure out how to do on your own. Good luck.
